I spent last week in Boston - there was a snow storm. I think New England
has it out for me because every time I return, the weather is just awful! But it
didn't matter for Chris and Jess's Big Day because everything was indoors at the
GORGEOUS Liberty Hotel. I am still sorting through all of the photos from the day

I did a large amount of prepping this past weekend and like a result have 8
bags of meals in my freezer. I made the Terriyaki Chicken last
night and was pretty disappointed. It all turned brown and so didn't look appetizing at all. I think if I were to do it again, I would cut down on the Terriyaki sauce, and put the carrots inside the final two hrs along with the pineapple inside the final handful of minutes. I feel due to the fact my family will not like mushy veges, after i do this again, I will not place the veges within the freezer bag. I am anxious to try the others even though! And many thanks for sharing!
